After my DNA tests results came back regarding soem possible issues my body has with using/synthesizing?converting some minerals and vitamins I have drastically changed my protocol 

I am currently only using a low dose quality multivitamin, a Vitamin B Methylated complex, Lugols iodine, creatine (3gr), Taurine and TMG.

I will get my bloodwork done again soon !

I received the results from a DNA test and I am likely to have certain Vitamine B needs and a difficulty in processing iodine.

Next month, I will look into this and do some further testing.

I wont be using any supplements for a month and with the new information from my test come up with a new strategy

 

* I have tried many supplements however, if on a test, I see there is no need for a supplement or just doesn't feel right or doesnt change any bloodwork results or I am not able to find enough scientific evidence I remove them from my protocol.

Supplements I was using 2023/24 :

  • Mineral complex (Body is a battery)
  • Fish oil (cod liver)
  • Digestive enzymes
  • Magnesium Citrate (works for me)
  • Zink-Copper (methyl)
  • Vit D3 (low dose during winter, testes were good)
  • Vit K2
  • Vit B6-9-12 Methylated
  • Niacin 500Mg (occasionaly before sauna)
  • Boron 6 Mg
  • MNM (with TMG)
  • CBD (Occasionally, around 50-100Mg)
  • Starting Hyaluronic acid

Morning smoothie :

  • AlkaGreens
  • Protein powder BIO (whey, no flavour)
  • Kefir (week on-off)
  • Taurine 1gr
  • Creatine (3gr)
  • TMG 
  • Collagen peptide
  • 50mg VitC powder
  • Spirulina
  • Cacao
  • Oilive oil Bio Extra virgen or Avocado (Table spoon)
  • Blueberries wild
  • Avocado
  • Big Spoon nut butter
  • Maca powder (Occasionally)
  • Fengreek powder (Occasionally)
  • Ginger* (Occasionally)
  • Curcuma (Occasionally)

 

Why do we need supplements ?

Aging can impact the absorption of various nutrients due to decreased production of stomach acid and digestive enzymes, we are just not as efficient as before.

Most soil is depleted of the vitamins, minerals and antioxidants found in conventionally grown crops for most of human history, the water we drink may be polluted, the air we breath, pesticides on our fruits....

So, even if you are eating clean, nutrientdense food, you are not getting all the nutrients from food that prior generations enjoyed.

Can we get to 90 years old drinking, smoking and eating garbage ?Yes we can ! Now imagine what we can do if we use all this new knowledge on nutrition, welness etc...?
