Diet is crucial for humans because it directly impacts our overall health, energy levels, and longevity. What we eat affects virtually every part of our body and plays a key role in maintaining physical and mental well-being. 

However, everyone needs to figure out what works for him or her. People thrive on vegan diets, carnivore diets and omnivore diets.

To be honest, the whole diet discussion starts to bother me, I think common sense is all we need, listen to your body and last but not least, get your bloodwork done and this will tell you what you need to know.

Personally, the mediterenean diet is what I eat now but I have tried a vegan diet for 4 months, a carnivore diet for a week and a keto diet .

The last thing I would like to mention is that I think a proper diet is important but I do believe if you eat an aomnivore diet ,whole food, variety and 

you make sure you stay properly hidrated you are off to a great start, as long as your sleep is good and you excercise a few hours a week.
