Morning routine :

o   Stretch lower back: feet overhead with knees to chest, shins to forehead, for however long it takes to get there fully.

o   Box breathing for a minute and mentally go through the day.

o   Half a liter of water with a pinch of himalaya salt and a multi mineral supplement.

o   Workout with elastic bands (X3 system) and/or kettlebells.

o   Breakfast around  8:00 a.m (I try not to eat after 17:30)
