My Philosophy

Biohacking, longevity and fitness...

I find it astonishing, the comments I read sometimes, the reasoning why not to take care of yourself and feel good in your body and be razor sharp.

Of course I als would like to get to 120 years of age but the real reason why I dedicate so much time reading, working out and spend time on my routines, my breathing sessions, meditation and preparing food is simple:

I just want to be the best version of myself, being productive and on top of the game. Being able to run for an hour, lift heavy weights, being able to defend myself, read and understand philosophy, play a good game of chess, having great stamina in the bedroom and make well balanced decisions on difficult matters.

To grow as a human being and experience life in all its facets.

What I described just now has nothing to do with age really, it is a state of being and feeling and yes...aging makes it more difficult to perform optimally however, on the other hand, being a bit older makes you experienced and more resilient.

I can truly say, at 58 I feel a lot better than when I was 48, I look better, perform better and feel better...
