COVENANTS AND MY WHOLY TRINITY
My covenants.
- NO industrial plantoils.
- NO sugar or added sugar.
- NO artificial sweeteners.

Eliminate packaged foods and processed meats.
- Buy organic if possible
- No water from plastic bottles.
- At least a 12 hours fasting window and no food 3 hours before bedtime.
- Recovery not only for your body but for your mind as well.
- NO garbage input (radio, internet and news)
- Focus on mental wellbeing through philosophy
- 6 workout days a week
- At least one "atheletic" workout a week
- Meditation and breathwork daily
- Stay away from P*rn as much as possible
The rules I really try to follow but are not written in stone. If for some (valid) reason I am not able to follow one of these covenants, like drinking from a plastic bottle on a 10k run being thirsty, I dont get all "over excited". People do get to 95 years old, smoking a package a day, a bottle of wine and eat garbage and our bodies can deal with a lot more than we think.
Also, something really interesting is homeostasis :

muscle growth is a result of the body temporarily moving away from homeostasis during exercise, but the overall process is aimed at returning to a stronger, more balanced state after each training cycle. Homeostasis is important in the sense that the body works to maintain balance in its internal environment, even while making these adaptive changes.
This also works for many other things but I will leave this for later...this might get a bit controversial LOL
